What programs can I calculate a % of a range?
For example if I raise 35% preflop and 4b 10% of those when I get 3bet. What are the strongest 10% of my 35% pfr hands
I don't think you need any special program. All you need to do is multiply, like this
35% * 10% = 3.5%
So to answer the example question that you posed, the strongest 10% of your 35% pfr hands would be the top 3.5% of all hands. For example, TT+, AKs, AKo gets you 3.5%.
