Playing 2 tables of FLHE 6-max - within a period of 60 minutes there were dealt 64 hands in total, normally would be aprox. 180+. That problem does exist since their software-update yesterday in the morning.

Support does have great, professional advice: "please try to log-in later"

yeah, they are having huge issues with this. I played last night getting ~30h/hour and today 6max NL looks like getting ~20h/hr.

Example:

All folds to SB, SB raises, I insta call, then have to wait around one minute for a flop.

same here for last 12hours, big waste of time to play a decent number of hands

i contacted online support a while ago and they told me they were working on it, if its due the update i would be really angry for them doing anything so stupid of taking so long to switch back last version

Just played a couple of tournaments there when their server went down, in one of the mtt tournaments we already reached the money when the troubles started. Curious how they gonna solve this since the tournament didn't continue. Also like the others say generally slow and sometimes waiting minutes for a hand to continue...

First it's very slow but also they suddenly closed the tables I was laying on and I never got my money back on my balance . I've contacted the support, hopefully they'll stop having problems and I'll get my money back. Crossed fingers ...

And again there having BIG problems... All their MTT's are being interrupted due to technical problems... And again i'm being screwed. Now i was in tenth place and only fifty for the money. This morning already got an MTT interrupted while 5th from the last 20 and already in the money. This is starting to get annoying and costing me money if they don't come up with some compensation...

lol, so you go to a lottery booth in the local shopping mall, announce to buy 5 tickets and the guy behind the desk fumbles and puzzles and screws things up royally such that you predict it'll take you 10min before you can actually pay for your tickets and receive them.

Seeing this, you press him for compensation? Why not try to think for a moment?


Besides this, I've had the same issues, also with balance not updated and currently short 2k. Emailed support. Seeing as I'm apparently not the only one, I guess each of our stories lends credit to the others, so I guess things will sort out in the end, also, since this is something that (presumably) is also affecting the fish, which they can't really screw over.

Today I can't sit at more than one table. I'm guessing this is also a glitch. I can't imagine they would limit people to play on only 1 table

Yesterday I was playing in two tournaments that got "interrupted". Later on there was a message about how they would pay the remaining players based on network policy. From what I understand this isn't the first time this thing happens, so how long does it usually take them to pay for these interrupted tournaments?

Seems like I have spoken too soon. I now do have extra money in my account so it seems like they did compensate me afterall. At first glance looks like they split the prizemoney between the remaining players for the tournament which already was in the money. since i was 5th i prob lost a little but still a lot better then playing 3+ hours and just my money back so no complaints here.

Site is playing well at the moment but still only one cashtable..

One table limit and some frozen tables while playing tournaments . That's very frustrating !!!!
