iPoker mod thread

I want to start this new thread, because the other "mod" thread is old, out of date and many links are dead. It is also titled card mod. I want to address the entire client to mod in this thread and not just cards!
So I have done modding with UB/AP before, and I am now delving into modding iPoker. I have many questions. But first what I do know first.
I am aware there is software which you can purchase, but me being tight, I am all for looking of ways to do things free! There is a piece of software which you can get that will decrypt/encrypt all the images used in the iPoker client. You can get it here - http://de.pokerstrategy.com/forum/th...hreadid=658079
There is also a browser there too, which makes finding images you want to mod much much easier. (use this to find images you want, then use the decrypter to open it with your image editor.
So all in all, its rather simple to modify images for Ipoker. Find the image you want, decrypt it to get the image dimensions, then create your own image. Once you are happy, you can then use Encrypt to modify the image so that iPoker will read it. You do not need to run any .bat files or AHK scripts! Very nice! Just remember to have a complete back up of the data folder, incase you mess anything up!
Now what I am trying to work out how to do now is, how to change the positions of the seating and where the avatars are etc. So far I have been unable to do this. I have tried decrypting the .gam files using the above software, which decrypts it partly, but it not enough. It has all the image files in it, but all the variables such as width, height, position etc are all still encrypted. Does anyone know how to do this? Perhaps I need to run a specific editor program to view these files?
I also, want to know if it is possible to adjust the size of font used for the bets on the table. At the moment it is very small. I want to make it a little bigger, and again want to adjust positioning!
Help appreciated! I am creating a Pokerstars nova mod for iPoker and I intend to release my mod free once completed. Just need help with adjusting positions!
