How not to break T&Cs with equity/ICM calculators

Hi there,
I'm wondering if there is a software solution to prevent me having equilab open at the same time as the poker client.
I am fairly new to online poker, and in an effort to suck less (good god do I suck), I like to analyse my hands after each SnG tournament. A number of times, I have forgotten to close all of the software I use before logging back onto poker stars, as a result, my account was frozen (thankfully resolved now).
Other than being vigilant, is there a any way to prevent me from voilating the T&Cs? Some way to prevent Pokerstars (or any other site client) from opening when restricted software is running and vice versa?
