How to measure bandwidth used by poker clients?

Is there a way that I could measure just the bandwidth used by a specific program on my pc?
I was thinking of getting one of those 3g Mobile internet USB sticks but would like to know how much traffic/bandwidth I will use running my poker clients?
Anyone know?
I think the rates are like $45 for 1G of traffic.
