How to install Postgres to another drive?

I reformatted and created a 30gb partition for my boot drive (vista).
This partition will be too small for my HEM Database. How can I install Postgres into my other drive?
Will the database be in HEM folder or Postgres folder? If the database is in the HEM folder I don't have a problem
