Can someone please help, i'm not to good on comps and I have just purchased HEM.

I am installing it and it tells me I need to install postgreSQL which is fine BUT when installing it it will not let me past the first password stage. It says 'unknown user name or bad password'. I have tried the 2 the site suggests ('postgresuser', postgrespass') and also tried my own.

AAARRRGGGHHH please help, it is prob the easiest thing in the world to install and i'm missing it.

p.s. I watched the tool time vid and he used one of his own passwords fine but it looks like it may have been an older version of HEM if that makes a difference.

Just had this problem, change the account name to Holdemmanager and enter postgresspass as your pwd, you might be able to use a different password, I'm not sure...if not just change it after.

TYVM, that got me past the first bit. But now on the second password screen I get this message.



Any ideas ?? Man, I wish I had a clue. Hope HEM is worth it.
