Hi,

New to the Holdem Manager software and I have a controversial question regarding the $EV Diff column.

The thing I don't get is the $ev diff column in the tourney preflop cards tab is suppose to be the "what you're suppose to win/lose column" right?

I have a clear shove situation in a tourney I was playing:
$48 + $4 NL Hold'em Tournament, 50/100 Blinds, 4 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

BB: 2,175
UTG: 2,400
Hero (BTN): 1,400
SB: 3,025

Pre-Flop: (150) Kd Ah dealt to Hero (BTN)
UTG calls 100, Hero raises to 550, 2 folds, UTG calls 450

Flop: (1,250) 2h 9h 7h (2 Players)
UTG checks, Hero goes AI

This opp is somewhat LP'ish.

But under this column, it states that it's -$65.21.

I don't get that. Can someone kindly explain why this is so.

No, it's the difference between what you should have won and what you actaully won (hence the name: $EV Difference).
