Help with a Table Mod

Hey Guys,
I have come to the conclusion that I am completely inept to this stuff
. I have a Table.svg file right now that I want to put a logo onto (that's it...) I just can't make it happen, can someone please help me out with this? Feel free to post or pm. Thanks in advance.
