If I have to define the following in a formula so that a layman can understand how do I define them;

But before that, kindly validate the same

Continuation Bet: No of Raises pre flop + No of times the player bets flop / (No of Raises Preflop+ No of times the player bets flop+ No of calls + No of Checks+ No of folds)

I assume somewhere I should include same hand, but is it correct or there is an easier way to represent

Check Raise
Went to Show Down %
Went to Show Down Winning %
All In
3bet:
Fold vs. 3Bet
4bet
Fold vs. 4Bet
Steals Blinds
Folded to Steal
Folded SB to Steal
Folded BB to Steal

I have the Holdem Manager software and know the definitions of it, but how do I get them in formula mode for computation or tweaking.

Any help deeply appreciated!
