FTP software is currently using 90+k of memory, and I have had a couple of crashes today. Other programs I run is HEM and 2 tiny ahk scripts. HEM uses quite a bit of memory but doesnt crash.

I have 2gig ram and AMD athlon 3700+ 2.2ghz.

I switched animations off, hopefully that will help - any other suggestions?

Some stuff that might be relevant:
There are like 6 instances of postgres.exe - why?
I'm running other stuff in the background as well like avg and windows defender, but neither seem to use more than 20-30k at most.

I was told that it's normal to have that many instances of postgres.exe running. I had the same problem when I was using PAHUD, but since I have been testing HEM its' OK....I see that it's using 126K of memory w/ 6 tables open and ftp is using 110k. I have 2.5 RAM and a 2.66 processor.
