I keep getting this error, i downloaded the update and i also re-installed the software, the text for some reason on the buttons doesn't show up. Picture below:



Does anyone know how to fix? I already re-installed ftp and closed hem.

Make sure HEM is importing from full tilt > hand histories and not just full tilt.

the data you are missing are stored in the language file...like eng.xml
try changing language
try removing the ftp directory all together after an uninstall
