I can't seem to get any help anywhere about this.
I got d/c from ftp last night at about a 2:30 am local time and ever since then it says that I am unable to connect to the server. The status at FTP states that everything is up and running fine; but clearly it isn't for me.
Support has not responded to any e-mails, all my other poker clients work fine. I tried turning off my firewall and crap and that made no difference.
I even called my isp to see if it was something on there end.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times as well.
Is there really anything at all I can do to fix this issue or do I just have to wait it out until it fixes itself?
