Inside Full Tilt Poker\ folder is a file named "yourscreenname.dat". That's the file you want to copy to new pc.

What about if you want to add the notes from one computer running FT to another so both computer have all the notes you have taken on either computer?

For Pokerstars do you just copy all the PS-Notes files (there are several) to the new pc?
