First of all , please excuse my awful english =)
The main problem of this bug is that it happens not to everyone(only special configurations of PC or running software) and happens rarely. I play 6max SNG and MTTs and not sure if this bug happens at cash games at all.
FT client(or maybe something else) sometimes blocks buttons at pokertable and in OS also, they become unpressible no matter how hard u try =) Controlling table through cursor becomes impossible, but what is strange, controlling by TableNinjaFT hotkeys works fine. The bug happens rarely and if started, can last untill PC reboot or can dissapear itself. Usually happens 2-3 times a 6 hour working day, but there are days withont the bug at all.
I believe the bug caused by a conflict between either FT and TableNinjaFT (maybe it sometimes considers Ninja as a bot and tries to block it) or Kaspersky Internet security and FT =) I tried to close all 3rd party software when bug started, leaving only FT running, and it didn't help.
I wrote to FT about this but, as expected, got standart answer in style "reinstall your client , check internet connection and other.." . Reinstalling the hole OS didn't help at all.
Most of you , guys, fortunately, don't experienced that bug at all. For others: please post here your PC configuration (laptop or desktop, operation memory and OS) and also running 3rd party software.
My configuration:
XP SP3, 2 gb OM, laptop.
Running software:
Kaspersky internet security 2009 (2010 same problem)
TableNinjaFT
SharkscopeHUD
HoldemManager
And PLEASE, if you play tournaments with TableNinjaFT running and didn't experienced this bug at all , post here about it, i would at least know that TableNinja it not the reason. Thanks everybody for attention =)
