Editing bet pot script- 1/2BB instead of 1BB

Could someone please tell me how I can edit bet pot script so that spinning the middle mouse wheel adds/subtracts 1/2BB per click instead of 1BB?

Hold down CTRL key while scrolling

Look in the betpot_default_hotkeys file, and compare the commands for ~Wheelup:: (and down) with those for ^WheelUp (and down) - the ^ is the CTRL key, smallblind command.
