The easiest way to increase/decrease bet amount by PERCENTAGE of SB/BB using mouse wheel on PS?

Do you know how to do this? I know there was such an option in Table Ninja 1, where it was possible to increase bet amount by % of sb/bb using mouse wheel, and when using bet slider it used whole sb/bb, so it was very easy to put rounded or unrounded amount using only mouse. What is the simplest way to do this witout TN1 or TN2 ?
