Make sure you download the latest HEM installer and you shouldn't have any issues.

The installer will detect that you have postgresql installed and it wont be installed again. You will just need to use your PT3 DB settings to connect HEM to that postgresql installation.
PT3's default name/password is - postgres/dbpass
