Determining fold to c-bet and c-bet frequency in PTv2

Sorry if this has been answered somewhere already, but I searched around and could not find anything.
I am trying to figure out where in PTv2 I can see what my c-bet frequency and fold to c-bet frequency stats are contained. I can get them to display in my HUD, so obviously the data is captured, but that is only for that specific session. My goal is to be able to view these stats over a larger sample, i.e., my last 20,000 hands at 200nl, etc.
Any help you can provide you be greatly appreciated!

These stats are not available in PT2 because those particular queries of the DB are not built in. Your HUD has its own queries.
