Call me clueless, but I had no idea there were dataminers available.

Sure makes me not want to play very much online.

Are they legal? If so, are they considered ethical??

I'm just thinking that anything that allows someone to see my mucked cards... well, I'm not sure what I think about that, other than not wanting to put my money online.

Comments? Suggestions? Advice? Not sure what I'm trying to get here. I'm a tad shocked.

No one can see your mucked cards.

Dataminers = programs that observe tables and the hands that go on, so they'll see hands that went to showdown, but not hands that you folded.

Also, stuff like this is extremely uncommon, Pokertableratings.com is the main one but you have to pay money to buy hand histories (this is outlawed on poker sites).
