You need PokerTracker open and on auto-import, to import the temporary hand histories as they occur. Or if you use Realtime HUD you can datamine just to the HUD, and keep your PT DB size smaller.

When do those HHs get deleted? When I shutdown FTP?

Yes, maybe sooner - not really sure. The point being - if you dont have PT set-up to save those temporary hand histories (or Realtime HUD) then you wont get any of the info or stats from the hands.

I am 99.9% positive that this is covered in the PT Help Menu.

Temporary HH files disappear as soon as you close the table in FTP.

I just helped someone set-up Realtime, he was on XP tho, like I am. Do you have everything set to Run As Admin..? or turned off UAC? And does your Full Tilt settings look similar to mine?

This is set-up to datamine observed hands to the HUD (as well as my actual played hands). My PT only imports my played hands, then moves those processed, played hands to a different archive folder.

looks exactly the same except for that I do not have the "move observed hand histories" checked

First time using Realtime? How did you install it. Did you create a "Realtime" folder to extract/install Realtime to?

Umm, silly question - Full Tilt Client - Options > Hand History - its checked to save FTP HHF's?

Are you on Vista or XP?

Not sure what it could be. I would delete all files from your Realtime folder - make sure you got the latest Realtime installer, and start from scratch.

Is your PT currently set-up to datamine? were you running PT at the same time as RT when the RT stats werent displaying? The way I got it set-up, I dont have to run PT while using RT - but if I do, it doesnt affect HHF's for either application.

Try RT from scratch, and see how that goes. It sounds like yours is acting like mine was a couple weeks ago.

Did you also Export all of your FTP hands from PT to text? You need to export those hands, to the Archive folder you assigned in the RT preferences. Then, once you re-install RT fresh - you can "Rebuild DB from Archives"
