Database structure for mining

I recently started to mine Party but I´m not sure of how to handle my databases. I am using an SQL-database with Pokertracker 2.
- Should I have one or several seperate for the mining depending on the level?
- Should I always keep my own play in a seperate database?
- Will it really matter with the new Pokertracker 3 due to the higher speed?
Greatful for some tips. Maybe there is some good thread out there?
