Is there some kind of program, or someone can do a program that prevent a client from running? Should be very useful against tilt. I thought about a program that with a hot key, will close the poker client and prevent its running from, for instance, one hour. Is it possible?

You can kill any program running on your computer. So running a program to stop you from playing isn't going to be helpful if you have the option to close it.

That being said, search stop loss.
