I removed the link (and am about to lock this thread), partly as 2+2 has a rule against discussing bots (see the FAQ) but also because there is a good chance it's some kind of scamming tool and it definitely isn't a good idea to be visiting that page or downloading their software...
As for the bot itself, I think you can sum it up with: "if it's too good to be true, it probably is" - 95% of the time it just won't work, 5% of they are trying to infect your PC with something.
