Can't install PT4, I get this error...

Heres the story of what I did prior to this. I followed these instructions on how to delete my Holdem Manager database. I right-clicked and deleted as instructed. I then uninstalled Holdem Manager and Postgre via the Control Panel.
When I downloaded PT4, it opened up and told me I needed to install Postgre to continue. I followed the prompt, and thats when I got the error above in the picture.
Whats the problem??
