get pop up after hitting start that says the installation package could not be opened. verify that the package exists and that you can access is, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package.
i am using xp
i hit start and then that message pops up then i googled the installer message to try to figure it out and it said prob could be with drivers so then i updated the installer drivers but still no go
