Hi everybody,
I am in the process of creating a new software application that analyzes hand histories (from history files or tracker applications) and recommends ways to increase bb/100 by pinpointing bad plays (from common mistakes to profound leaks).

I am looking for internet Limit Holdem players with various levels of experience to participate in the beta testing phase and possibly discuss the value proposition of the application. All participants will receive a free license with unlimited upgrades to the application, once released.

Thanks in advance
MK

Even though the concept is similar to LeakBuster's (the overall idea is to find areas for improvement), our approach is completely different. It is actually qualitative rather than quantitative and it takes into account the history of the particular session. I believe that LeakBuster just looks at percentages and attempts to bring them within a certain range, but I'm most players know that is not enough, you have to see the game from a different angle than just numbers.

Just my 2 cents here but people aren't going to be interested until they see a download link or at least some intriguing screen shots.

There are lots of software enthusiasts browsing this forum that love to try out new things but don't be surprised if you get less of a response than you were hoping for until you can show something

Thanks for the input, i hear what you say and i have no doubt that you have a valid point. Unfortunately, even though the application engine works and the proper recommendations are produced, the UI is not ready yet so the software cannot be ran by an actual user. I was hoping for a situation where a brave volunteer uses me as the interface in the absence of true interaction with the app.

I know i am rushing things a bit, but a 3-rd party's input and reaction to the recommendations would be really valuable at this stage, which is why i decided to take the risk
