Best Remote Desktop tool for Coaching Sweat Sessions??

What's the best remote desktop tool for coaching sweat sessions? I did a quick google search and found a bunch of them but I'm not sure which one to use. Basically, I'm looking for something that's fast and shows a clear view of the remote computer's desktop.
What have you guys tried?

Mikogo is better, IMO. It has better picture and lower resource use. It also seems to freeze a lot less than TeamViewer. Both are free. Mikogo supports up to 10 viewers. AIM Pro is another free alternative, but it was the laggiest, IME.

Mokiogo is laggy pos, at least it was half a year ago. TeamViwer is much better.
