however, when i follow this path i am only able to either click or unclick 'auto-rebuy' how do i get to the screen that allows me to adjust the value that i auto-rebuy to?

The web page appears to have been deployed early. Prior posts here indicate that the feature is currently in final testing to a limited group of players, and will be made available to all users in the near future.
