2 Questions regarding HEM

1) If i purchase the basic version of HEM can upgrade later for whatever the price difference is between the two versions?
2) I'm hoping to get a new PC sometime after Christmas and I'm wondering if i can use HEM on it or if I will have to purchase it again like you have to with some software.

1) Yes for $25
2) This is no problem - you can use it on 2 pc's and if a year from now you buy a new one you could always request that I reset the serial code.
