final table was going well. i was at like 20k, but i missed flop after flop after flop, bleeding. so i was really tilting when this hand came up. do you guys think i should just leave this value on the table or chase it?

Thats actually pretty easy hand you are drawing for half of the pot where you have to risk your tournament life to get to showdown so insta fold, even calling the 800 from SB is very fishy you dont think the rest will just fold, do you? As for your high hand prospects how many outs you think you have, maybe 13 (flush and 8,7) but its also possbile you have only 2 when someone has floped aces up and other guy a bigger flush draw.

Its very easy fold in an MTT.

As much as you've been FTing lately, this should have been an easy fold with five players to the flop. Work on tilt control.
