I found myself flipping at 0.02 zoom and noticed the rake and VPPs didn't add up. I emailed stars they said it was correct. I replied and asked to show the missing vpps about 2 weeks later I get this.

how do you even notice that you got 0.78 vpp´s less then you should? can you programm your holdem manager for that?
