Or did stars change up their RNG tonight I keep having donks call my all ins with qq or kk on double draw boards and holding up very weird.

Every RNG has a second RNG. When the 2nd RNG hits a particular number, it changes the first RNG's cycle. Rumours have it that there maybe a 3rd RNG controlling the 2nd RNG, however this is not confirmed.
