A "wheel" is 432A, all of different suits. If two cards are of the same suit, it's a three card badugi rather than a four card badugi. Any four card badugi beats the best three card badugi.
It's frustrating.

FYP, very frustrating if you are used to playing split pot games where suits don't matter and you routinely misread your hand.
