Cannot Make Converter Work

I cannot make FlopTurnRiver work. I put in my hand history from Paradise Poker which it explicitly states it allows I press the convert button and it states format not recognised. Can anyone help?

Try using the 2+2 converter?

I have the same problem. I cant find anything to convert Pokerstars PLO8 tournament HH's. For some reason FLopturnRiver works with ring games and not tourneys.
