I would start with a check here and see what happens. Against one villain it's possible you can cr it in. It's possible also to start with a bet, probably a small one, but I think playing turns is tougher in this case.

For regular PLO, i went through a phase of checking everything OoP multiway. These days I bet two-way hands only (only small part of my range) and i dont think this makes me exploitable. Betting the hands is the highest EV while i have plenty of 1 way hands to check/continue.
Now for your hand in this spot, I'm a bit weaker in Big O but your hand feels like a 1.5 way hand? In this case, I'm just checking and seeing what develops
