well? for all you regs out there do you guys find this variation of poker, makes it easier for a newbie to donk his way to few wins. trying to figure out if i am a luckbox or am i intuitivly "playing correct"

You need about a 1000 tourney sample size before you can take any real meaning from your results. My guess is that you aren't close to that.

PLO8 mtt's in the few that i have played have a lot of horrendous players. I could see how a few competent players could have immediate success.

From my experience it's not uncommon to see complete drooolers FT PLO8 MTTs. As far as 'intuitively' playing correctly, well that's only true if you already have sufficient experience. Your un-sub/conscious picks up on patterns before you are consciously aware of them...

But on the bright side, there is just so much dead money in these, that if you learn the basics of plo8 mtts and put in the volume, there is decent coin to be made in these...
