This flop is good for Hero... not great, but Hero is better off than before the flop, despite the two diamonds, which are troublesome. Top pair on the flop would be a queen. At this point, the probability either opponent has one of the three missing queens is about 45% and players like to continue with top pair.

An opponent could also have aces or kings.

So if either of these two players has a queen, it's more likely BB who has it.

Wow! Now we have a straight flush draw! But if BB has a single ace now, now he has top pair, and if he has a queen too, he has top two pair.

Yikes! What a terrible river for Hero! Makes it less likely BB has a queen, but now it makes aces up for BB, if he just has an ace.

Fantastic! If Villain has a queen or an ace, he isn't collecting (unless we bet).

Villains range is capped a lot more than yours is. You can still very credibly represent AAxx or AQxx whereas villain would have raised either hand on the turn. As we block many straight draws it makes it more likely that he has some kind of flush draw, most likely the NFD after calling a reasonable sized bet on the As turn. Seems like a good bluff spot. I like the bet-sizing too as he's folding everything but say Q9xx boats, so get the cheapest price on your bluff.

- consider checking the flop, as your hand isn't great against a c/r

- turn is a bit similar, but I don't think you are getting raised a lot and you can make some better hands fold, so I like the bet

- river easy check for me, as Axxx and Qxxx are his usual calling hands so you are basically trying to get him off an ace. It's very hard for him to not have us beat, as we block the straight draw and all his strong draws contain either Ad or Qd (we again block Kd) which got there. If he has the low wrap we win by checking
