-Pretty obvious what he has w/o seeing the cards, I know he has JJ+

-I bet the flop because I am betting this flop with air a lot from the BB

-If I 3b his clickback on the turn I feel he might lay it down.. went for the weird call and lead river thing

-River betsize was to rep blocking bet

Played it fine only other things you could try would be check raising river if he is really agressive which I supose he is not if he open limped or bet really small to induce value raise again

hmm without reads and playing rush. i would c/r the flop, check the turn and pot bet the river. But i believe either way is fine. I believe if he calls 10 he will also call 12-14,
so i would bet around that. Well played.

i think that weird call and lead the river line has confused me a lot in the past and i invariably pay off. anyone else use it with regularity and do you find it has that confusing effect?

I think you can get more value out of river. If he's calling 10.40 he calls 15 IMO.

I probly didn't go bigger because it was my first time in poker ever doing that line where I had the nuts but just called and then led the river. Usually I play way more straightforward. I wasn't sure how/if it would work... inexperience came through on the bet size.
