The right wing lost Bill Cosby as the only One of the Good Ones they could name, but I dunno, I really feel like Barack Obama as One of the Good Ones will remain a bridge too far for like 30-40% of America basically forever.

You're right. Kasich made similar noises after Paris, last November:

He released a statement a day after the attacks calling for an international coalition, saying that, as president, he would “immediately summon an emergency meeting at the highest level to begin working with our European, Turkish, and Sunni Arab allies to contain and ultimately defeat ISIS in its homeland.”

His plan to defeat IS includes no-fly zones, safe zones, and a Muslim army with the U.S. and Europe providing air support. Yesterday, implementing this plan required the president to return from Cuba immediately! After all, the emergency meeting must be scheduled. This is clear, as it's an emergency meeting. And just as clearly, he must work the phones from the White House. I mean, how could that be more clear?

Are these the same guys who rank the "best places to live in the world" and then name 5 tiny white places?

Cruz will win Wisconsin.

Trump's favorable rating around here are absolutely dismal. He breaks 50% in the largely unpopulated areas of the state, but he's sitting around 25% where it really matters, which is Southeast Wisconsin.

What exactly are ISIS's demands for us? Is it worth capitulating for a few years until we can figure things out?

Cruz's net favorabilty is zero and I think Trump voters will be wayyyy more enthusiastic to get out than Cruz voters. RCP also has Trump ahead by 10 but it's with Rubio included and from a month ago. We'll see.

I dunno guys, Inso0 has a long history of accurate predictions. Just ask President Romney, Senator Tommy Thompson, and GOP nomination front-runner Scott Walker.

one minute guys, combining a bunch of polls from when he was at -30 and +0 respectively that have interviewed different amounts of people in different places each time

sounds really accurate

Hey, it works for Peter Schiff.

Something something broken clock.

Really hard to see TRUMP losing WI. No Mormons, open primary. Pretty big so Cruz's organization is pretty strong. Should be better for TRUMP than MI.

current technology doesn't allow us to capitulate to their demands for any temporary amount of time.

No, they're the people who write the history books, AKA 'the winners'.

Why didn't he run for president? I think we could have found a niche for his particular brand of grifting in the republican field.

Haha DMW is like, OK, yeah, I was absolutely talking out of my ass about the Obama having no accomplishments thing.

But he can still hang his hat on, what, the innate superiority of the white race? Is that the implication here?

Or are you saying that historians are racist? Because if they are, their high marks for Obama seem even more impressive.

You might have missed it but Ins0 is in fact like 32 or something. I agree he's a Boomer in spirit though. By his own reckoning he's a self-hating millennial because they have the temerity to ask about benefits on a job interview.

And insulting Jeb? is never dumb. It is possibly gratuitous but insulting him is its own reward.

What exactly makes me a Boomer in your minds?
03-23-2016 , 03:53 PM
The fact that outside of your year of birth, you're indistinguishable from an old yelling at kids to get off his lawn.
