Not sure where to post this but this seems as good as any. So the big debate in KY at the current moment is how to fund teachers pensions. Our governor called teachers selfish and had a thug like mentality for wanting their pensions funded. Tonight was the last night of legislation to get this done.

So what does GOP do? They tack a 291 pension plan last minute onto a sewage waste bill where no one can possibly read the whole thing. Oh kind of like the whole ****ing corporate tax cut bill the GOP senate did. Also it is supposed to be against the KY rules to push a plan without an actuary analysis. Sure enough it passed. Needless to say Lexington has called off school tomorrow because so many teachers called in sick to protest the thing.
