Ok so we can slowly drive over Nazis and such.
10-27-2017 , 12:00 PM
First, show me in the video where someone was driven over, then you have my permission to commit whatever crime you wish.
10-27-2017 , 12:28 PM
Right so i can push through Nazis with my car as long as no one is driven over. Ok. Then if they hit my car with anything, per the defense of Nazis, i can run them down because they scared me and i was acting in self defense.

He slowly moved his car, as though we was trying to avoid injuries, while his car was being hit by fists and sticks and people were jumping on it.

I'm not saying the guy is totally blameless, but I think felony assault charges might be a little much in light of the tape.
Well no ****. Of course trying to drive through a demonstration/protest is stupid, blameworthy behaviour.

Just to go with that explanation (he's obv just a moronic ****-disturber), he didn't have to reach his parking spot in that situation. Not wanting to drive through protesters is a slam-dunk reason to be late/reschedule.

Not trying hard enough to consider taking a different route though. The protesters shut down the intersection and this genius said "not on my watch."

You are such a drama queen. No evidence of running them down. Three people jumped in front of his vehicle and one jumped on it when he was honking his way through the crowd.... keep equating it to Charlottesville.
10-27-2017 , 02:37 PM
What are your feelings on Charlottesville?
10-27-2017 , 02:56 PM
If you somehow found yourself trapped in your car surrounded by demonstrators, the first thing to do is get out of your car and start talking to people. "Hey, my car and your demonstration are a terrible mix, how can we get them separated?" Asking people directly, respectfully, for help works great.

However, if you're annoyed by a demonstration and you want to teach them a lesson -- at any speed -- then your car is a weapon and you are a vigilante. Charges are appropriate.

honestly, who decides the only possible way to get from point A to point B is directly through a crowd of human beings?

Im just working out the rules of the whole thing. Not just this one indecent.

According to you so far i can push through abortion protesters (they have blocked entryways) slowly as long as no one is run over. If someone hits my car can i get more extreme?

Someone who doesn't see those objects in their way as "human beings".

""First, let me say that I sincerely apologize to anyone in the Arlington ISD (players, coaches, parents, cheerleaders, administrators) if anything I said during Friday night's broadcast of the Cleburne / Arlington Seguin football game offended them in any way. That is not me. It is not my heart, my nature or my personality," he wrote."

Yeah, thats not an apology. If you can't specify what you said and why it would hurt someone, then you don't give a ****.

A few things, here, from the Dallas Morning News... https://www.dallasnews.com/news/arli...game-arlington

First, he also said...

Quote:
"Can we talk about that Seguin cheerleader ...? What do you think [inaudible] should do with that?... Jenny Craig has a lot to do — a lot of work to do with her."
But more importantly, this occurred last week, and he was fired Thursday. So, what else happened to him in his role with Cleburne High School Football on Thursday?

Banton, a 1972 Cleburne High graduate, was selected to serve as the marshal of the Cleburne homecoming parade on Thursday, the Star-Telegram said.
Can't make it up. Oh, by the way, they lost their homecoming game 35-7 to fall to 0-8 on the year...

No one got run over; the guy is an idiot obviously, but I see no reason if he has no priors to keep the guy imprisoned while he awaits a court date based on what I saw

Which rules are you referring to? Civil or criminal?

Exact same thing happened with the Gurriel/Darvish fiasco. Need an extra fine/suspension for outright stupidity.

I am sure the traffic code and negligence laws are adequate to deal with incident. Of course, i am not the one trying to use it as a justification for how i wish to treat others i find despicable.

Sure you are. You justified pushing though people with your car as long as no one is run down.

I mean here it is.

Then it was McNair’s turn to support Jones, who had promised to bench any of his players if they protested during the anthem. The Texans owner, who donated millions to the presidential campaign of NFL antagonist Donald Trump, echoed many of the same points about how the player protests were having a negative impact on the league’s bottom line.

“We can’t have the inmates running the prison,” McNair said, a comment that “stunned some in the room,” according to ESPN’s reporters.
