I guess the neighbors had some nasty things to say about Dunn as well, which couldn't be admitted during the trial: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...shot-hint.html

Quote:
In his allegations, Hendrix claimed all the children were terrified of their step-dad and avoided him by staying over at his home in a quiet palm tree-fringed street in Port St Lucie.
Hendrix said he once saw Sara with a swollen lip and a bruise on her face.

‘She had come to me crying that they had a real bad row about drugs and that he had threatened to blow her brains out,’ he said.

Hendrix said Dunn's second wife, Clara, allegedly told him that she was forced to have sex with a stranger at a swingers’ club in Fort Lauderdale.
‘She told me she did not want to but was too afraid,’
he said.

Hendrix's wife , who was also interviewed on the tape, said Clara told her the incident took place two days after they were married in a civil ceremony at a UPS store. She said she saw Clara was upset and invited her over to the house for coffee, where she told her about the sex with strangers.

‘She said the night after she got married, he [Dunn] took me to a switch club. When I asked what that was, she said it was a place where couples switch partners. She said it was disgusting.’

Mr and Mrs Hendrix repeated their claims of domestic violence in another taped interview recorded by police as part of their investigation.
Hendrix, who now lives in Georgia, said he wasn't surprised when he read Dunn had been charged with murder.

‘I knew this was going to happen sooner or later,’ he said.
’I had an inkling what he was capable off. I knew sooner or later this guy was going to kill someone. He thought the gun made him safe - that is the attitude he had.
The gun was his best friend.’

How many people are surprised that this guy is an obvious sociopath?

Wait wait wait..... What do you mean the black bodies are piling up?
02-16-2014 , 04:04 PM
I don't know if you know this or not, but someone died in this shooting.
02-16-2014 , 04:11 PM
Do we know that for certain?
02-16-2014 , 04:14 PM
depends if you were on the jury or not

So you point is that one person died, so that the bodies are piling up. Got it. Deep stuff that is. Despite what a great point you just made, the amount of people who see black people like the cartoon suggests is quite small, and events like this aren't that common.

Yeah usually it's a not guilty vs hung jury.

Also, describing this as a hung jury is obviously wrong. I think we all can agree they made a mistake in not convicting on the murder charge, he's still going to face the rest of his life being in prison.

Describing it as a hung jury is entirely accurate given the context of the conversation lol (hint: it's about the actual murder count).

Or, you know, the actual result of conviction on all but one charge.

Yes, when a person dies and others express sympathy it's really all about political maneuvering and fake feelings. Just like when democrats support marriage equality.

Have you ever considered that you might have some psychopathic tendencies?

Or are really Mitt Romney and baffled by humanoid emotions?

What the **** are you blabbering about?

Rjoe just said that a typical verdict in this case is not guilty instead of hung jury. He has no ****ing idea if that is true. It's based on his feelings rather than actual evidence. This is also known as he's making **** up.

I'm not on that team, as I've explicitly said, and you are obviously wrong about your characterization of the jury verdict.

I mean, thanks for helping us get more lols out of you and all but saying it was a hung jury related to the one dead person is completely accurate

I mean, this is how bad you are right now roonil. Rjoe doesn't even believe what he said, and he's now backtracking away with the 'but youre butthurt' dismount when I was clearly being snarky right back.

Dunn is in for a world of hurt in prison. Maybe he'll get lucky and the Nazis will protect him... as their prized bitch

The amount of people who hate the "thug" type is seems to be quite high. Even among many of my friends who are late 30s and very normal, well rounded people, they despise that thug look to the point of absurdity. I actually got into quite a few discussions about the Superbowl and why the **** so many people were rooting for Denver, and I was surprised how many said "because I hate Richard Sherman", due to that interview after the NFC championship game. I heard the N word quite a few times when people were discussing Sherman.

The hatred/fear toward thug type young black men is real. I struggle with how to avoid that feeling myself. Personally I hate that look, but I'm not scared of it, mostly. I am always concerned when I see someone with a hoodie or a hat dipped low walking towards me late at night though, but that's more due to living in an urban area where getting stuck up is a real possibility.

But seriously, do people know how dumb their neck tattoos make them look?
