Super Tuesday III: Wisconsin! Super Tuesday III: Wisconsin!

There's already discussion in LC about this, so it is not too soon to start a thread imo.

Super Threesday is just standing there, wondering if it should say something, imo.

An ARG poll conducted 4/1-4/3 has Trump up 10 points in Wisconsin, wtf is going on? The other 6 in the past week+ all have Cruz leading from 5-10 points (mostly, 1 has him up a point). I thought he was losing momentum or ARG is total ****.

You could have tried harder Trolly.

Like where the hell is a picture of a cow or a cheesehead?

one time!

and then a dozen more times

Expecting a small Sanders win today the demographics favor him. Saw a poll on RCP that had Hillary up a single point but I'm guessing it's an outlier poll vs the rest of the data so far.

Most likely GOP outcome: 33 delegates for Cruz, 9 for Trump
Most likely Dem outcome: Sanders by < 5 but who cares really

Ain't nothing super about Wisconsin

You mother****er I was just about to start a WI thread declaring a #NeverIkes SAFE SPACE based on the probable Cruz victory. Still holding out hope for TRUMP, polling has been strange in WI and TRUMP has done well in open primaries. Maybe the poles have an anti TRUMP error in their turnout model? We can only hope...

Right now Trump is very likely to break 1200 without a single delegate from WI and I've just posted a projection of 1241 in the other thread. If he somehow wins WI (unlikely) he's a large favorite to reach 1237.

Kasich leaving the state on Monday and generally being busto/pulling ads/admitting defeat is a big boost to Trump. He would have been crushing Trump in Milwaukee, but now I think there's a good chance Trump can get a plurality in an extra CD or two downstate.

Who refuses to put on a cheesehead? Cruz is just stupid
04-05-2016 , 11:55 AM
ARG is awful.

They live in world where Kasich won in Michigan and beat Cruz in SC, and Cruz only beat Trump by a point in texas.

And Hillary stomped Obama by 9 and Edwards by 13 in Iowa 8 years to secure her coronation.

I received several calls on my landline at home from Bernie people in the past week. I've gotten about 30 e-mails from HRC in that same timeframe.

If Trump wins WI after a week or so of ****ting on Scott Walker and Paul Ryan, there's no hope left for the GOP in keeping him away from the nomination. If he wins, it will be because a ton of unpollable voters crawled out from under their rocks and handed him the victory. Voters that also apparently gave zero ****s about the idiotic things he's been spouting.

The talk radio people are very influential around here, and they've been lambasting Trump since this whole thing started.

We have a lot of important races on our ballot today, so turnout is going to be high.

Any news about polling place shenanigans in WI?

even though the marquette poll showed her trailing, i have my fingers crossed that kloppenburg can pull out a win.

I doubt there will be much news of shenanigans.

Also, Voter ID has been implemented here, which is why I'm not actually voting today. My ID still shows my other address, but the people I'm renting that house to this year seem like the voting type. I don't feel like breaking any election laws today.

I'll get my ID fixed by the time the General rolls around.

I sincerely hope that Kloppenburg gets destroyed by Bradley. If I were to go vote at my old polling location, that would be the reason. I'd also like to see Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett thrown out on his ass, but I'd feel dirty for voting on that without being a current resident.

This is the problem with voter ID laws. You try to disenfranchise minorities and students, but occasionally you end up hitting some home owners. Need to amend the law.
