Stanford athlete gets 6 months for rape Stanford athlete gets 6 months for rape

it probably gets some, then is forgotten in the next news cycle, just like the initial incident. The average person has no idea who this person is.

He's like top 5 most well known rapists in America bro. Easy.

I got Cosby, Woody Allen, Roman Polanski, Mike Tyson aaaand... Brock SwimJock. Story checks out.

Hmmm it's

1. Cosby
2. Sandusky

Allen and Tyson are definitely more well known than Brock, but they're not primarily known for raping. Like Cos and Sandusky these days first reaction will be oh yeah that dude is a rapist yo. Not really the case with Tyson and Allen.

Update: there's a Brock Turner news article on my Twitter feed today.

Last year one of our investigative reporters detected something alarming about the way Georgia treats doctors who have been disciplined after being accused of sexual misconduct with their patients: Two-thirds were permitted to practice again.

Since then our investigative reporters have spent thousands of hours reviewing more than 100,000 public records from all 50 states and conducted dozens of interviews. They found that sexual abuse of patients by doctors occurs far more often than the medical profession has acknowledged. Moreover it is shrouded by a system that is designed, in large part, to protect doctors.

These findings are disturbing, but they are also important. We hope they are the starting point for a national conversation that will seek to a deeper understanding of this problem and find better ways to protect patients in these very vulnerable circumstances.

TMZ heroically stalking Brock, hopefully they keep it up for a while when he's back in Indiana or whatever.

Oh yeah, ****, forgot about Sandusky.

So did I and that is why he will be forgotten in a week. Reality is he will have to change his name but is a registered sex offender for life and hopefully one day he will be able to enjoy a rib eye steak

He surely still reads the threads.

Feels like protestors should be at the judge's house, no? Did they expect Brock to stay in jail longer on his own good will?

Armed protesters are now surrounding Brock Turner’s home

Quote:
Mic reported that there are roughly a dozen protesters from the neighborhood staking out the Turner house, holding up signs like “If I rape Brock I will only do 3 months” and “castrate all rapists.” Because Ohio is an open-carry state, the protesters holding assault rifles outside the Turner residence aren’t breaking any laws.

“He’s not going to live some happy pleasant life,” one protester told local media. “We’re going to never let him forget what he did.”

“He’s just not welcome,” local resident Molly Hardin told CBS News.

I doubt they are there because of the short sentence beyond the fact that they may not know about him otherwise.
09-06-2016 , 01:47 PM
brock should just walk out there and be like whats up.

seriously tho what do these protesters want to accomplish?

brock to kill himself?
turn him back into jail and ask for a longer sentence?
for him to have a nervous breakdown and land in a mental facility?

like what are you trying to get done here by protesting, what is the goal

Maybe they don't like the idea of someone raping someone and spending no time in prison? Maybe they are tired of all the women who are attacked, raped and murdered and the only response from society is to ask what they did to deserve it? Not understanding what someone could be protesting Brock for is pretty stupid.

sure they are obviously all those things, but what are they effectively trying to accomplish is my question. just want him to move from their neighborhood to another one?

they want some new kind of legislation?
