The store owner, Stephen Martin, told KRDO that the sale started Tuesday as part of an effort to clear out all of the store's Nike inventory.

Martin, who has owned the store for more than 20 years, told the station that he realized he could go out of business for the move, given a sizable chunk of his inventory is comprised of NFL jerseys that are exclusive to Nike.

Going out of business to own the libs.

Obviously Musk should be allowed to smoke weed if he wants.

I get it is hypocritical, but lots of his employee's operate and work around dangerous machinery. Seems like a huge liability to just have no testing for marijuana and I'm sure the insurance wouldn't cover any such accidents.

I dunno. They need to hurry up and figure out how to test if someone is currently high or not. Obviously you should be able to smoke the night before, but definitely should not be high while at work.

Right - which is impossible with weed testing. It tests your off-work life. I know someone who quit smoking for two weeks and still tested positive.

In CA yes. I've heard it's mostly an insurance/liability thing for most places.

It can last 4-5 weeks. Depends on how long you used it, how much you smoked, and even your body fat % since the fat is where it's stored.

There are some employers who do the mouth swab thing which only detects it for like 3-5 days. Also I'm pretty sure some employers turn a blind eye to marijuana since I've heard stories from friends that smoke a TON passing after only quitting for a few days.
