Politico is already reporting the allocation of all 30 delegates. Can somebody explain how this is done?

Politico didn't project delegates in previous contests. They waited until it was official.

The best part of the ikes banning story is that lilu at the time was a complete nobody with like 90 posts or something. Of course he's a folk hero now, but at the time ikes risked (and will lose) his account for the chance to have avatar control over a throwaway account.

The irony is that forcing ikes off 2+2 would probably be doing him a favor. Could redirect that time into less pointless pursuits.
