Lol, at trying to convince a RP supporter to vote for him over Obama by saying Obama will decrease military funding.

LOL that was awesome.

An endorsement from a state senator is game-changing?

It wouldn't normally be, but he was Governor Sanford's chief of staff and senior policy advisor. With Sanford's disgraced exit from politics, Davis sort of picked up the fiscal conservative mantle in South Carolina politics. No endorsement is game-changing, but they do have some value, and he's probably one of the top few gets in the state. It would probably be worth more to any other candidate than Paul though, both due to additional media coverage and since Paul is already viewed as the most fiscal conservative.

Does anyone know why Ron Paul didn't attend the second Huckabee Town Hall?
Any theories?

I'll go with someone in his family is sick, but if that story is true it's an incredibly well kept secret. Or it could just be his wife wanting to be with him and rest. Don't think it has anything to do with Huckabee.

Caught part of the rerun earlier, and Huckabee made a point to say Paul declined invitation and was instead campaigning in Nevada.

Dr Paul is surging in South Carolina according to PPP's latest numbers (http://www.publicpolicypolling.com/main/south-carolina/). Team Paul is getting there... Sweet!
