Trump Prepares to Unveil a Vast Reworking of Clean Water Protections

...why? Why do this? For what benefit?

It took Hillary Clinton to sink Democrats

It’s easy to say Trumps poll #s aren’t good but you can’t ignore the fact that there are plenty of idiots in the US are perfectly willing to still say he’s better than [insert random Democrat] because of [propagandized reason] and still vote for him.

Trump is not a lock to lose in 2020.

Him losing to a generic opponent is totally different than him losing to a specific person so it does depend on who the Dems choose. His only real hope is if they pick someone that they can turn into Hillary 2.0.

Trump is more likely to be president on 1/21/2021 than literally anyone else in the world.

It's all about the profits, man.

Yes, generic polls are useless a huge % of the time. See Bush, Dubya et al.

I've got them just flat out running against Hillary in 2020 no matter who the Dems nominate, though. That's the whole point of dragging Comey's lanky ass back up the Hill last week.

OH is a lock. FL is not.

Dvaut on point yet again.

Guys, I know it's all for profit and for dumping poison into rivers and lakes, but I guess I just don't understand why a good number of people would think that's a good idea. Or that rolling back these restrictions would even play well with his base.

Don't forget real estate developers, held back from developing near certain wetland areas.

Jerbs. Once all the manufacturing went away all that most of these rural areas were left with was trees to cut down and whatever they can dig out of the ground.

I live smack dab in the middle of the Marcellus Shale, and there is no shortage of locals here who would be happy to let some drilling outfit turn our water flammable in exchange for what they could make working the fields.

That's my point though. Trump won b/c Hillary ran. And even then it took Comey's memo a week before the election to sink her.

Trump is hugely unpopular. Take a random tweet from 2016 and you'll see thousands of #MAGA morons in the comment section kissing his ass. Look at it now. It's almost everyone telling him he's moron, going to jail, or just laughing at him.

Yea, his base will support him no matter what. I get that. But he's done nothing to capture any votes outside of the deplorables. The only way he wins is if HRC wins the Dem primary again.
12-11-2018 , 02:58 PM
lol I knew that **** would come back to bite Comey

Well obviously, but that doesn’t mean much

He could be a 35/65 dog to win the election but since no individual dem is >50% to be the dem nominee right now (they haven’t even announced they are in the running), then it’s true that no one person is more likely to be president than trump

But if he’s a 35/65 dog then he’s also more unlikely to be president than whomever the dem nominee is
