These guys will have to order in or eat at Burger King. Trump rally attendees aren’t hanging out the places this delicate little snowflake chooses to dine at.

Some days I worry about the future of our country, but we have to find hope in stories like this.

This is way too high brow. Remember that when Warren ran against Scott Brown in MA, the Republicans were doing the Tomahawk Chop at rallies and ****. If Warren is the nominee it's going to be insane racist stuff, Trump is going to make his campaign song that What Made the Red Man Red song from Peter Pan.

You know what's funny? When you file a well supported ex parte "emergency" motion on Thursday to extend a confusing deadline, which the court will have to decide by Monday. Then lateish Sunday opponent files an opposition that misstates the law and facts, so you hunker down from 11pm to 6am to write a good reply brief. And then 6 hours later your solid motion is somewhat surprisingly denied with a two sentence Order. Then an hour after that the judge issues a 14 page single spaced order granting (as he should on the merits) Donald Trump's anti slapp motion dismissing stormy Daniels defamation claim. And you realize it was a very, very bad day to force the court to decide your well argued motion for an extension because he and his clerks were all working on the Trump motion, which is already linked in Politico, BuzzFeed, and other places. And you haven't slept for 36 hours, but at least you have a good excuse for the client.

Wow that is some bad luck.

Note that fees award is mandatory if your complaint is dismissed as a result of an anti slapp motion.

You know the CIA is in cooperation with 23andMe, AncestryDNA, etc. right?

We aren’t motivated by contentment and satisfaction to do such things. Perhaps the reality for these people is nothing has changed or for some of them gotten worse.

Of course they can keep believing because we haven’t gotten rid of the poor Browns with a wall. (Daddy told us rich browns iis good because they give us money),
It's not like that for them. It's like they're going to church and Trump is their God.

To little, too late. I don't remember learning about peasants yelling at the French Estates-General in restaurants.

Man, I would snap volunteer to be the one heckling him. You know the kitchen staff is rubbing his bread on their ass too.

To be fair I think the whole concept of restaurants started because all the personal chefs got displaced in France and started cooking for the common man.

It’s like rain on your wedding day..

Yeah probably 85% of kitchen workers are Hispanic. Used to be at prep cook/line cook and below but over time that experience has lead to a huge increase in higher level kitchen being Hispanic.

It’s highly unlikely any place Tucker is eating at is not speaking Spanish primarily in the kitchen.

Democrats would be better off not responding to stupid allegations that have no merit. Republicans make them to constantly keep Democrats on the defensive while riling up their existing base. Time spent dealing with baseless accusations from Republicans is time not spent pushing single payer healthcare and taxing the upper class.

Not to be cynical but isn't Tucker a blue blood boat shoe wearing rich kid who's now even richer? I don't think he's eating at his local Chipotle. It sounds more like getting yelled at is now a mark of martyrdom for Conservatives and Tucker wants in on the latest trend.

It's probably made up, the GOP strategist types think Democrat Mob Violence is a great issue to motivate the base for the midterms and so they're all prattling on about it this week. It's probably made up. But I maintain the wish and a prayer it's true.

There's a difference between "not responding" and genuflecting or showing deference to the accusation by humiliating yourself to satisfy it.

So, let's play this out:

Trump: "you're Pocohontas the pretend Indian"
Warren: "I am 1/1024 Native American, says this egghead"

BIG RED X BAD RESPONSE

Trump: "you're Pocohontas the pretend Indian"
Warren: <silence>

BIG RED X NO RESPONSE

Trump: "you're Pocohontas the pretend Indian"
Warren: "where are your tax returns?!"

GREEN CHECK MARK RESPONSE

Respond, but not subserviently. The whole accusation is made in bad faith, there is no utility in fact-checking it. "No response" is John Kerry in the summer of 2004 and you can't do that either, you can't cede the field and the space to bad faith right-winger theatrics.

yea i mean i will at least make a public pledge right now that if i ever cross paths with tucker carlson or any of these right wing grifters/pundits IRL, i'll not only stop to heckle them mercilessly, i'll record it with my phone and post it online

it's something that people need to do more of. like, if you're gonna act like an insufferable jackass POS, then tehre needs to be social consequences for that. if there are no consequences, then POS's gonna POS, but if you make it difficult for them to go out and enjoy themselves, get a date online, etc, you at least have a chance that they may re-consider their POS ways

like i dont expect lil tucker or nazi laura to have a change of heart any time soon, but society needs to just stop treating these people with any sort of dignity or respect
